Method

Heat a large frying pan, when hot add oil, garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add mussels and clams and stir. Cover immediately with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Add wine and stir, cover with lid and cook till both mussels and clams are opening.

Add fresh rocket + chilli + celery sugo, stir and bring to a simmer without lid.

Serve shellfish with plenty of juices and crusty bread.
