Bring plenty of salted water to the boil (7gr salt to 1lt water).When boiling drop the pasta and stir well and after 5 minutes and the broccoli to the pasta water to cook with pasta.

In a large frying pan add 1/3 cup of oil, when hot add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes, and season. Add LC pumpkin + amaretti sauce and bring to a simmer.

Drain pasta ‘al dente’ and broccoli, saving a 1/3 cup of cooking water. Toss with the sauce over heat for 1 minute and add the cooking water.

Remove from heat and add the grana padano and a drizzle of oil. Serve with a sprinkle of toasted almonds.
