Method
Grill the asparagus, add salt and chopped speck. Add rosemary.
Place in a large bowl and add my beautiful rosemary garlic and balsamic reduction dressing!
Place the stracciatella cheese, asparagus, speck and some more rosemary on top and finish up with more dressing.
