Method

Heat a grill or a fryin pan till very hot. Lay all bread slices and grill for 2-3 minutes till charred. Turn over and repeat.

Remove bread from the grill pan and set onto a chopping board, while still hot brush the garlic clove on each slice of bread, then drizzle a little oil, salt and pepper on each slice.

Add fresh rocket + chilli + celery sugo to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Add hot sauce onto the bruschetta and top with Parmigiano Reggiano. Serve.
