Add oil into a large fryin pan, when hot add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, season.

Add LC sauce and bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and sprinkle with grana padano over the chicken and top with mozzarella cheese.

Cover with a lid or foil and rest for 2-3 minutes till cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
